End Of October Storm?

I’ve been banging on about the potential for an end of October storm for some months now (read previous forecasts if you don’t believe me), and just when I thought maybe I was wrong a few days ago, some of the models I follow are looking increasingly wet and windy for right at the end of October.

How satisfying.
